Refund Policy
1. Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds are not issued once content has been accessed or downloaded. No partial refunds are provided for mid-cycle cancellations.
2. Subscription Cancellations
You are in complete control of your subscription. Clan Memberships can be cancelled at any time via the My Account dashboard. Alternatively, you can email cancellation requests directly to support@theskyclad.com and our team will process it as soon as possible. Unspent credits and collection access remain valid until the end of your current billing cycle.
3. Legal Rights
This does not affect your statutory rights under UK law.
