1. Introduction & Eligibility

• Age Requirement:
  You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to access or purchase explicit content from this site.
• Age Verification:
  We utilise a secure payment card authorization process via our payment gateway (SegPay) as our primary age verification mechanism. Falsifying your age to access this site is a violation of these terms and strictly prohibited.

2. Intellectual Property & Content Usage

• Personal Use Only:
  Purchasing an album or unlocking an item with a membership credit grants you a limited, non-exclusive license for personal, private viewing.
• Zero Tolerance for Piracy:
  You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, upload, post, or transmit any Skyclad content without prior written consent. Unauthorized sharing or resale of our digital products is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.

3. User Conduct & Content Moderation

• Prohibited Behaviour:
  Keep it clean and respectful here. We strictly prohibit harassment, propaganda, politics, hate speech, spam, phishing, doxxing, religion, posting illegal links, or soliciting extreme/prohibited content (including CSAM, non-consensual media, or violence). Don’t put it on Skyclad.
• Model Safety:
  It is entirely unacceptable to smear, bully, defame, disparage, shame or insult any models while on this site. If you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say anything. Move on and say something nice about the girls you do like instead.
  Equally, show the girls respect without being a creep. Do not stalk, grossly fantasize, obsess over, fetishize or dox any girls while on this site. That includes writing out depraved lustful fantasies, wishes and intentions. Nobody wants to see it, including the girls, so just don’t write it here.
• Location safety:
  Some people enjoy identifying landmarks in pictures or may recognise some familiar locations from other creators content. Sharing information that might endanger her or violate her privacy is completely forbidden. This includes the use of maps, place names and geographical data or other visual clues to publicly reveal the date, time or location of a shoot.
  Spoiled locations become unsafe for obvious reasons which prevent us from taking models there. Don’t ruin her opportunity for a naked adventure.
• Enforcement:
  Any user found violating these community guidelines will have their subscription immediately terminated and their account permanently banned without a refund. Contact us to report safety concerns at support@theskyclad.com 

4. Payments & Subscriptions

• Pricing:
  All prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP) unless otherwise stated by your bank’s conversion rates.
• Credits:
  Clan Memberships operate on a cumulative credit system. Unspent credits roll over indefinitely as long as your account remains active. Credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for fiat currency.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Digital Products:
  Refunds are not issued once digital content has been accessed or downloaded.
• Subscription Cancellations:
  You are in complete control of your membership. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time via your My Account dashboard. Alternatively, you can email cancellation requests directly to support@theskyclad.com and we will process it as soon as possible.
• Billing Cycles:
  Upon cancellation, unspent credits and collection access remain valid until the end of your current paid billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for mid-cycle cancellations.

6. Complaint & Reporting (Notice and Takedown) Policy

• If you need to report a legal or compliance issue, please email support@theskyclad.com.
• All reports are acknowledged and escalated for internal review within 24 to 48 hours. If a legitimate claim is received, the content in question will be suspended from public view immediately pending a full investigation. Do not abuse the reporting system.
